A flat blue plastic rectangular base holds five small circular metal pieces, each with a small hole at its centre of a particular size.
The set includes a metal ‘Millipore Aerosol Adapter’ resembling a hose fitting. Each orifice may be screwed into this adapter.
A paper instruction sheet has been taped to the reverse side of the plastic base.
